🔑Room Bookings are open! The deadline to request a space is the 17th August, any submissions after this date may be processed after Welcome Week

🛍️Society Welcome Fair 2026 - 25th September - Please sign up for a stall here by the 1st September to guarantee your spot!

🎪Medical Societies Fair 2026 - 30th September - please sign up for a stall here by the 21st September if you would like to take part!

✅ Core Training (Essential)

Training that all society committee members must attend.

We’ll cover essential information you need to know about the Guild, core principles of running a society and key committee training that will equip you with the skills needed to run your society.

Please note: Bystander Intervention Training is mandatory for all committee members; if you have not done Bystander Training before please book onto Societies Level 1, if you have attended previously please book onto a Societies Level 2 Session! You can find all available sessions here!
