Happy May LUDS!
First of all, Big Congratulations to the cast and crew of ‘Dracula’ and ‘Black Coffee’. All of you worked incredibly hard and this definitely showed. Be mega proud of yourselves, you all put on 2 wonderful shows!!!
Congratulations to Ayesha on her final write night as Head of New Writing! It was a fantastic night showcasing some incredible pieces of new writing, all the writers/actors did a great job.
Last but certainly not least, congratulations to Oscar, Sunny and all the comedians from our final stand up night of the year! Many a laugh was had, fabulous as usual!!!
This week is show week for our final play of LUDS 25/26! Accidental Death of an Anarchist will be in the Stanley Theatre on 7/8/9 May! Tickets are selling out fast so make sure to get them NOW!
Not to fear, our shows may be over but we have a wonderful *new* event for you all. On 22nd May, we will be hosting LUDS Scratch Night. This is a night of new writing whether it be poetry, songs, theatre or more! Tickets are out now, so get them quick from this link HERE. We are also organising a Variety Show raising money for Cancer Research at the end of exams! More information to come soon…
