It's time to celebrate YOU, the Class of 2025! ðŸŽ“💚
 

After the years of hard work, late nights, and amazing memories, it's time for the bittersweet end to many uni journeys. 

 

Planning the perfect Graduation day:

Comfy shoes: We know heels will be a must for many, but a pack a comfortable pair of flats to save your feet after those pretty pictures.

Charge your phone: Pack a portable charger and guarantee you can capture all the special moments 

Arrive early: Get to your seat at least 45 minutes before the ceremony begins at the Philharmonic Hall, it's around a 10 minute walk from the Guild. 

Live streams: Any loved ones without tickets can watch the ceremonies through the live streams in the Courtyard, on the University's website, or on Youtube. 

Pre-book that table: Don't be worrying about dinner plans on the day. There are lots of resturants have some great deals for graduates so make sure you book in advance.

It's time to smile as your get snaps at the top spots on campus: 

The Red Brick: The top photo spot on campus is finally back! We can to see all our students infront of the shiny new Victoria and Albert Museum.  

The Metropolitan Cathedral: these pretty stairs are a firm favourite to show off your certificate

The Quad: Get some green into the photos at the Quad, the perfect place for some group photos with your friends

The UoL sign: Let everyone know which amazing Uni you're a graduate of

We know graduations can feel daunting. Here are some tips & tricks from our UoL alumni  

  • “Enjoy your time in the cap and gown. Make the memories, take the pictures. It’s over before you know it.” 
  • “It’s a big day, don’t worry if you feel overwhelmed. Take breaks, stay hydrated and refuel”  
  • “Don’t forget the essentials: sunscreen, water, lip gloss, tissues” 
  • “The stage isn’t that scary, and you truly deserve to be there.”
