Mental Health and Wellbeing Services

If your in a crisis now call the Samaritans on 0116 123

We all face challenges with our mental health and wellbeing at some point, and we all deserve to feel safe and supported when talking about it. Whatever problems you’re facing, please don’t suffer in silence – it’s time to reach out and get the support you’re looking for.

Help is at hand wherever you turn, whether it’s through the University, external organisations, Guild Advice team or through us, your elected Officers. And it comes in all shapes and sizes, too - from offering a small nudge in the right direction, to provide more specialist, longer-term support.

Elected by you, we, Imogen and Ffion have and continue to prioritise improving mental health as part of our manifestos. Now, as your Deputy and Vice Presidents, we are working together to make these changes. This webpage is one of our projects where we have collated different avenues of support. You will also find blogs and updates on our work as well as helpful resources we recommend to maintain your wellbeing.
