Liv Yoga is your UoL Yoga Society.

Yoga is the perfect addition to Uni Life as it combines physical and mental wellbeing, keeping you healthy and relaxed between studying and socialising. Practising can help with anxiety, stress and down days as well as strength, flexibility and agility.

We’re open to EVERYONE, whether you’ve never stepped on the mat before or you’re practically a Pro. Our classes are led by a wonderful hand-picked group of professional teachers from around Liverpool who will guide you through a range of Yoga styles to see what works for you.

As well as classes, you can expect some super fun Socials with a lovely bunch of people.
