Hello everyone!

Welcome back to our friendly old faces and hello to any new ones! We can’t wait to welcome you over the coming year!

Meditation society is led by students for anyone who is interested in learning about or continuing their meditation and mindfulness practice. Providing free weekly guided meditation sessions for those who wish to relax and meditate in an easy, informal environment. 

Whether you're completely new or a mindful-pro, we can't wait to welcome you to our little space of calm.
