This class is perfect for anyone brand new to Mat Pilates, as well as anyone who would like a slow and easy start to their day!
Where is the class located?
This class is located in Activity Space 7, in the basement of The Liverpool Guild of Students. For visual directions, see our Instagram page.
Is there a dress code? 👚
Avoid loose fabrics, such as baggy pants and oversized tops if possible. This is to ensure your safety. We recommend a fitted top, sports bra, leggings or shorts. Please bring grip socks! We may have spare, but this is not a definite so bring your own if you can.
