💗 Beginner pole class!
This class welcomes anyone brand new to pole as well as those who have a little experience and want to brush up on their skills!
📍Where are classes located?
Classes are located in the Dance Studio, on the second floor of The Liverpool Guild of Students. See our socials for directions to the Studio. Please arrive 5 minutes before classes start and note that arriving late to class and missing the warm up will result in you not being able to take part!
👗 What to wear?
For pole, we recommend wearing shorts and a t-shirt or sports bra. The more skin contact with the pole, the better grip you will have! We also ask you come free of moisturisers and fake tan and remove all jewlery to avoid damage to the poles!
