The OT Society Well-being Walk is a social and wellness-focused event designed to connect Occupational Therapy students and promote overall well-being. Participants will travel together by train from Liverpool Central to West Kirby and enjoy a 4.85-mile coastal walk (approx. 3 hours). We’ll take a break halfway for lunch, and participants are asked to bring their own packed lunch. The event aims to foster community, provide time outdoors, and support both physical and mental well-being. After the walk, the group will return to Liverpool Central Station together.
