Bakesoc-Mango Tiramisu

Hey baker,

Take a tropical twist on a classic! In this session, you’ll learn to make mango tiramisu – layers of sponge or biscuits soaked in mango purée, paired with light mascarpone cream. Fresh, fruity, and irresistibly creamy, this refreshing dessert is the perfect fusion of Italian indulgence and tropical sweetness.

This session partners with Mercy Relief through LivGlobalRelief, so every dessert you craft helps provide emergency aid and long-term support to communities in need.

You will need a ticket in order to attend! (tickets are limited). They are £6, this includes the cost of ingredients and any profits will go towards charity. You will need a free membership with our society in order to buy them. Tickets go on sale every Monday before the session at 17:30pm. We will be providing all the equipment and ingredients for this session. We hope to see you there!

If you buy this ticket online via the Guild website, you will be charged a transaction fee of 1.5% per ticket, plus a 30p surcharge. Tickets are also avaialble via Guild Reception between 9am-4:45pm, Monday to Friday. At reception, you will not be charged a transaction fee, but please note that this method is cash only and we would ask that you please bring the correct tender, where possible.
