Overview
An introduction to LivYoga

We will be running a guided meditation session - the perfect way to de stress and ground after what can be an overwhelming time when you first start university, or returning to studies! Come and take some time for yourself and help to calm some worries you may have about the new year.

We will do a guided meditation along with some calming breathing practices, and if you would like to bring a journal or something similar you are more than welcome to!
