The second class, intending toward a calm and stress-free weekend will begin with a Qigong themed warm up, moving to gentle stretching Yin asanas which will lead into a sound bath meditation engaging the parasympathetic nervous system and encourging a deep state of relaxation.'

Tickets are also available via the Guild Reception between 9am-4:45pm, Monday to Friday. At Reception, you will not be charged a transaction fee, but please note this method is cash only and we would ask that you please bring the correct tender, where possible.
