Manifesto Question Responses
Why are you running to be an Officer?
Running for Officer because Liverpool deserves its vibe back! Jobs feel like a grind, See my Vision -"https://from-campus-to-your-drea-wtje502.gamma.site/" As your MSc mate and Senior Analyst (2+ yrs @ Amazon Ads), I’ve seen how opportunity grows when we mix fun with focus. I’ll connect us with paid internships, ambassador roles, company raves er, visits - and yes, an unforgettable uni life. As the current Marketing Strategy Lead at Beat Modules, I strive to beat addiction and toxic masculinity through creative campaigns. Vote for me- let’s build a fun, fair future together!
What qualities would you bring to the role?
I lead with purpose and energy: heart, hustle, and vision. :)
I get the student grind, because I live it!
As Marketing Society President and Course Rep, I’ve led teams, tackled real student issues, and learned that empathy and communication are everything.
Through my work with Liverpool City Region’s Career Hub & Race equality panel, I’ve seen what real inclusion means -connecting communities and amplifying voices that deserve to be heard.
A bit of a network ninja, I love bringing people together to build things that matter - brands, stories, and communities.
What would be your top 4 priorities, if you were elected?

b) Have a dream company and Role? Let's make it a reality.
Monthly trips to Liverpool hubs and way beyond (Baltic Triangle, Knowledge Quarter) turned into “career raves” networking mixers with food, music, recruiters.
c) Find your Co-founders - Open ur own business with the perfect vibe.
d) Pint of View - speak directly with decision makers.
2. End Silent Racism: Equity That Sticks
Silent racism, microaggressions, exclusion, unequal access, erodes trust and opportunity.

BAME-led pop-up cultural spaces linked to mentorship and careers. Track progress via surveys, targeting a 30% attitude shift.
3. Mental Health Matters: Real Support, No Fluff
Job stress, bias, and academic pressure are driving burnout while services are overstretched.
a) “Stress to Success” workshops
Wellbeing tools mixed with career survival skills, rejection, imposter syndrome, bias.
b) Peer networks & chill zones
c) Policy push
Mental health days and wellbeing-based exam deferrals.
Goal: 20% increase in service uptake.
4. Build Epic Community: Fun Meets Purpose
University shouldn’t separate fun from fixing real issues.
a) Hybrid events
Welcome Week 2.0, career fairs with gigs, sports tournaments with networking. Theme: “Fun Futures.”
