Job Title: Student Trustee (open to University of Liverpool students only)
Responsible To: University of Liverpool students
Responsible For: All Guild staff, student staff and volunteers
Deadline: 9th April 2018, 12 noon
How would you like to get involved with running the Guild? Four current University of Liverpool students sit on the Guild's Board of Trustees and we are now recruiting for 2018/19.
Our Board of 12 Trustees, provides strategic leadership and scrutiny which ensures that we are working towards our strategic aims, remain financially solvent, well-run, and are delivering on our charitable objectives.
We’d really like to hear from someone who’s passionate about the Guild and representing other students, with a collaborative approach to work and someone who would be committed to supporting the Guild’s leadership team. You don’t need to have experience of charity work or sitting on a Board but it’s important you have a genuine interest in our strategic aims.
So if leading an organisation which is membership driven, political, vibrant and full of people who are working hard to deliver change for their members is something that appeals to you, we welcome your application.
Interviews will be held on Monday 23rd April 2018. If you are successful, you’ll formally take up the role in August 2018.
