Job Title: Technical Manager

Responsible to: Venues Operations Manager

Salary: £25,360

Hours: Full Time 40 Hours per Week (including evening and weekend work)

Responsible for:  Assistant Technical Manager, Student Staff

The Guild are seeking a Technical Manager to lead and manage the technical operation of a busy student union.  You will lead the technical team in delivering high standards in service and quality to all customers, enhancing the student experience and professional image of the Guild.

 

With over 200 student societies holding regular events, a 2300 capacity live music venue and a theatre the range of work is varied and diverse.

 

The position requires a comprehensive knowledge of, and experience in, live music, theatre operations as well as good inter-personal and communication skills.

Job Title: Faculty Student Voice Coordinator

Responsiable to: Representation Manager
Responsible For: No direct reports
Salary: £20,875 per annum
Hours: Full Time 35hrs per week

We are looking to recruit a Student Voice Coordinator, within the Membership Services Department to deliver excellent support to student representatives as well as providing briefings and higher education expertise to the Student Officers. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual with highly developed organisational and communication skills and a passion for Higher Education to enhance the work of the department.

The successful applicant will have an excellent opportunity to progress this role and to actively contribute to the overall growth of the Membership Services Department.
